Lower limb-specific resistance training in COPD

A study in ERJ Open Research suggests that it is both feasible and acceptable to deliver a home-based lower limb-specific resistance training (LLSRT) programme to patients with COPD. The study found that there were patient improvements in walking distance and breathlessness severity post-LLRT intervention.
