Cognitive behavioural therapy in COPD

The current issue of ERJ Open Research presents the findings of a randomised controlled trial of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It suggests that CBT delivered by respiratory nurses is a clinically effective and cost-effective treatment for anxiety in COPD patients.
