The latest issue of Breathe focuses on adherence to treatment. Review articles examine the clinical impact of (non-)adherence to therapy as well as ways to measure adherence to therapy in airways disease. Another article looks at why a patient may or may not take medicines as agreed, and identifying approaches that can be used to support better adherence. The issue also features a perspective on the use of a breathing simulator to improve simulation-based education for NIV.
