The European Respiratory Society (ERS) was delighted to collaborate with the European Sleep Research Society (ESRS) to welcome a record attendance of more than 1000 delegates to the seventh Sleep and Breathing Conference, which took place in Prague, Czech Republic and online from 20–22 April. This year's Conference – the first of its kind to take a hybrid format – offered more than 45 sessions, including symposia, discussion, debate and poster displays.
