Pleural malignancies

On 25 January 2024, the European Respiratory Society (ERS) will hold a panel discussion on pleural malignancies. Chaired by Professor Najib M. Rahman and Dr Avinash Aujayeb, topics covered will include: the case for early biopsy and avoiding initial cytology; the biology and growth potential of pleural fluid; and the optimal use of indwelling pleural catheters.
