European Respiratory Review: pick of the week

Individuals with preserved ratio impaired spirometry (PRISm) have a significantly increased risk of all-cause, cardiovascular and respiratory-related mortality compared with those with normal spirometry. These findings highlight the importance of recognising PRISm in clinical settings.
